fudugo.comThe Government Railway Police (GRP) commissioned FuduGo to build an operational technology solution to modernise officer deployment and accelerate incident response times.
We engineered a browser-based command center displaying live railway division maps, incident heatmaps, and active officer coordinates. When an emergency is reported, the system automatically highlights the nearest on-duty officers within proximity thresholds.
Senior officers can dispatch assignments with a single click, transmitting incident details, suspect descriptions, and coordinates directly to the officer's device.
The mobile application was built using React Native with custom native background geolocation modules, ensuring continuous location transmission while preserving officer device battery life throughout long shifts.
Offline caching and automatic synchronization ensure that duties and status updates are recorded reliably even when cellular connectivity fluctuates in transit zones.
