(The story)

Pain. Solution. Promise.

Pain

01

The product looked powerful. The story did not.

Nexus X1 had strong engineering, but early launch assets felt like a feature dump. Prospects saw specs before they felt the product. Paid and social cutdowns also failed to survive compression, so the brand looked soft in the channels that mattered most.

Solution

02

A film system built for every surface.

We rebuilt the narrative around three beats — problem, clarity, proof — then designed motion rules, type treatments, and modular cutdowns so the same hero moments could live in keynote, homepage, and ads without losing fidelity.

Promise

03

One launch language. Everywhere.

Marketing ships from a single source of truth. The film carries brand tone while making the product feel tangible, useful, and ready — from first frame to final CTA.

Nexus X1 needed a launch film that felt premium without becoming a feature dump. We built a motion system that carried the product story from first frame to final CTA.

Brief and creative direction

The brief asked for a film that could open a keynote, run as a homepage hero, and survive social compression. That meant a strong opening image, a paced reveal, and a visual language that stayed readable at every size.

We mapped the story around three beats: problem, product clarity, and proof. Each beat had its own camera language so the film never felt like a single continuous montage.

Production and motion system

The edit mixed product photography, UI overlays, and abstract motion to keep attention on capability without losing brand mood. Timing, easing, and type rules were documented so the campaign team could ship matching assets after launch.

Cutdowns were designed as first-class deliverables, not afterthoughts. The same hero moments were rebuilt for vertical, square, and landscape placements.
